Laboring Hands Doula Service Complete Birth Package Includes:- Free intial interview
 - Reliable backup doula service through Servant Heart Doulas
- One to two prenatal visits
- 24 hour on call support, including phone and email contact for all questions & concerns
- Assistance in creating a birth plan
- Counsel and advice on positioning for labor and alternative relief techniques such as massage, hot/cold therapy, vocalization, visualization and hydrotherapy
- Access to my lending library complete with books on pregnancy, labor & birth, and breastfeeding
- Continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor, birth and immediate postpartum
- Breastfeeding preparation, information and support
- Postpartum phone and email follow up
- A postpartum visit to discuss your birth and assist with any needs you may have
- A detailed written keepsake of your birth

- Referrals to postpartum doulas (If I am not available)

| A complete birth package is $600. A non refundable deposit of $250 is required at the first prenatal visit to hold your due date and cover the prenatal visits. The remaining $350 is due at 4 weeks before your due date or at our last prenatal visit. Discounts:

$50 off if you use me for Post Partum doula services also Additional $25 distance charge if you are or your birth location are more than 30 miles from me.
